Thanks to the innovative interlock system, the torch system allows a simple and fast change of cable assembly while the Tool Center Point remains the same.

ABIROB air-cooled robotic MIG guns are available in 360 or 500 amp versions with customized cable lengths to suit your unique needs. The standard 500 amp cable allows you to fit either neck to the cable without performance issues.

Dual Locking Keyway on Front Module

The dual locating keyways on the ABIROB A torch necks ensure precise tool center point repeatability while allowing for a quick change of the neck with the use of hex wrenches. Ensures a snug and stable front end fit.

Heavy Duty Cable Assembly

Cable assemblies for ABIROB A comes in two options: a standard co-axial Value cable or the more rugged Performance cable with added protection on the outer hose. Heavy duty spring support further prolongs the cable life.

Robust Swanneck Build Lasts Longer

Aluminum armored swannecks provide superior torch neck protection for ABIROB A robotic MIG guns in the event of a crash. Necks are available in 22, 45, and 180 degree bends in various lengths to meet your unique welding needs.

Through-arm Torch Packages

ABIROB A robotic MIG guns are able to be outfitted with either solid mounting or collision mounting for all the major robot OEMs. Additional package options like Air Blast, Wire Brake, Voltage Sense, Nozzle Sense, and Wire Inching available. Find Order Charts for download below.

Over-arm Torch Packages

For over-the-arm robots, you can mount ABIROB A with the collision mount CAT3 or use a solid mounted over-arm bracket. All ABIROB robotic MIG guns use the unmatch ABICOR BINZEL consumable profile including nickel-plated nozzles, high material grade contact tips, and diffuser/tip holders.
