ABIMIG® W Water-cooled MIG Guns
The fixed neck ABIMIG W welding gun is a high amperage load water-cooled welding gun. A rethought cooling circuit concept protects the welding gun's consumables better against overheating and premature wear while maintaining a reliable amperage load.

Slim Handle and Extended Trigger
All ABIMIG welding guns come with a slim, ergonomic handle for an easy hold by the welder for simple operation. The ball socket base increased wrist flexibility and comfort. An extended trigger option allows for multiple ways of operation at the welder's convenience.

A robustly built front end featuring nickel plating from the swanneck to the nozzle means less spatter adhesion, increased torch life, and more productivity on the shop floor. The front block sits tightly in the handle for durable performance and reliable operation.

CR 1250 Water-coolers
Get elite protection of your water-cooled MIG guns in a compact design. CR 1250 uses an integrated flow switch for permanent monitoring of the cooling system and optimal welding gun protection.
ABI-Cool Welding Coolant
Choose from the LC or ECO blend. ABI-Cool LC is an inhibited blend of deionized water and ethylene glycol. ABI-Cool ECO features deionized water and propylene glycol with corrosion inhibitors to protect metal components.

Rated using power source with VDE standard volt/amp characteristic (U=14+0.05xl). Recommended cooling capacity of water recirculator approx. 800 W. To protect cable assembly components from excessive heat build up we recommend a post welding cooling cycle of at least four minutes.
