Push-Pull Plus Spool Welding Gun
Push-Pull Plus uses a powerful, sturdy pull motor to exact speed regulation and overcome cable friction. Aluminum spool guns use contact pressure of the drive rolls and can be regulated with precision and eased directly on the handle.
Push-Pull Plus Features and Benefits:
- Available in air-cooled or water-cooled up to 400 amp
- Threaded welding gun necks are easily changed or rotated (available in 45 and 180 degrees)
- Precise contact pressure regulation of the wire feeding rollers directly on the torch
- Available with an optional potentiometer for speed regulation
- Optimum torch cooling for long tool life
Must be used in tandem with the Push Pull Control Box for reliable wire feeding.

Sturdy Motor with Threaded Neck Interface
A powerful and sturdy motor on the Push-Pull Plus provides for exact speed regulation for ideal wire feeding without loss of friction. The threaded swanneck interface is easily replaceable and available in 180 or 45-degree angles.
Ergonomic Pistol Grip Handle
Ergonomic pistol grip handle allows for easy welder operation of the Push-Pull Plus in any position. Necks are able to rotated up to 360-degree in 45-degree increments. Push-Pull Plus is available in air and water-cooled models.
Knurled Drive Rolls for Improved Wire Feed
New and improved knurled drive rolls with the D-shaped shaft keep the wire from slipping and ensures smooth feeding of the wire to the weld piece for the most efficient aluminum welding possible.

For even better regulation of the wire feed, the Push-Pull Control Box helps to further regulate the push and pull of the wire on difficult to calibrate welding machines.

For Push-Pull Plus 401D, recommended cooling capacity of water recirculator approx. 800 W. To protect cable assembly components from excessive heat build up we recommend a post welding cooling cycle of at least four minutes.
