iROB® power sources overview
Use the complete power range of the modular robot power source series iROB®. Whether gas or liquid cooled. The amperage ranges up to 500 amperes. This allows you to weld all materials, filler materials and wire diameters with your preferred shielding gas and get guaranteed reproducible welding results.
With the iROB® power source series, you cover the entire range of process technology. From standard short arcs to high-performance spray arcs with and without pulse technology to electronically controlled special processes such as "mX Clean" or "mX Kinetic" with reversing wire. Ideal for sensitive thin sheet metal applications, also for aluminum welding as well as for robust, heavy steel construction. We deliver the power sources with all processes respectively characteristic curves on board.

The power range covers the full range of processes up to 500 amps. All materials including carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum, low and high alloy or galvanised alloys can be welded with the iROB® power source series from a wire diameter of 0.8 mm to 1.6 mm.

Versatility

Each power source of the iROB® welding machine series can be quickly and easily connected to most robot types via plug & play. All mapping is tested and qualified by robot manufacturers. It will be easy for you to integrate a robotic welding machine from the iROB® series without a big deal of programming effort.
What you get additionally: a ready-to-weld complete solution tested for your robot, including an adapted robot torch in the best performance class and geometry, appropriate accessories, cable assembly and wire feed bracket. So, everything is prepared for optimal welding operation.

Connectivity
The entire iROB® series guarantees to have production insight, process improvement and user-friendly operation. Enabled by the iROB® POWER App with own WiFi, uniform and convenient programming, data collection and IoT software. Benefit from less complexity but more ease of use.
iROB® POWER App
With the iROB® POWER App from ABICOR BINZEL, you can set up the power source conveniently using an Android tablet. Of course, even when your robot system is currently in operation. The ongoing process is not disturbed and you have the freedom to operate the power source via an own, independent WiFi network. You can use this to control up to 64 welding machines.
You can also use the iROB® POWER App to expand the 100 welding jobs already integrated in the machine to a total of 400.
If you want less complexity but more ease of use, the iROB® POWER App is a real asset for operating your robotic power source.
