An inhibited blend of deionized water and ethylene glycol in the standard version and an inhibited blend of deionized water and propylene glycol for the ECO option of ABI-Cool. ABI-coolECO is non-toxic and safe for use in areas where people may come in contact with the coolant. Both ABI-Cool and ABI-CoolECO have a lower viscosity and don't require as much power to pump.
BTC-50 NF coolant protects water-cooled welding or cutting torches from frozen cooling channels by preventing electrolytic corrosion of the metal surfaces within these channels due to its low conductivity of <4µS.
Our low conductivity blends increase the life span of torch necks by reducing the risk of galvanic corrosion while decreasing the risk of voltage leaks.
These coolants are both simple to use, safe to handle, and effective in protecting your water-cooled welding torches.

BTC-50 NF
Incombustible coolant for all water-cooled welding and cutting systems. Frost-proof up to –49°F / –45°C. The very low conductance of 4μS reduces the electrical corrosion of all metal parts within the cooling system. Because the product is not a dangerous goods class, there are no conditions for transport or storage.
